We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hours of cleared funds. we accept the following methods of payment.

Cheque:  made payable to Linda Schoffam

Postal orders: made payable to Linda Schoffam

Pay Pal

All UK orders will be dispatched 1st class recorded delivery

Postal charges as follows:-  all orders small or large postage £2.25

All deliveries will need a signature

Refunds

All items will be in a perfect condition when they leave us
We regret we cannot give refunds on the following:-

All charts, books and kits are non refundable

We can't exchange patterns or charts

Postage and packing is non refundable, refunds will be give once the goods are back with us.

Whilst we endevour to show colours as accurately as possible everyones computer screen is different with different settings so there could be some deviation in shades etc.

Also the beads come in batches and a future batch could have a difference in shade so please purchase sufficient to finish the project you have in mind.
